Job Title: Administrator
Overview:
We are a local charity providing transport to the elderly and disabled and we are looking for a confident, organised person to come and join our office as an administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive admin support to Office Manager
- Manage office tasks efficiently, including extensive data entry and filing.
- Handling a busy switchboard taking calls to book passengers transport.
- Using a transport system organising scheduling for all the buses.
- Dealing with day to day issues with vehicles and drivers.
- Inputting data on Excel spreadsheets.
-Providing cover in the office.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Very experienced in Excel
- Proactive and dynamic
Hours required:
26 hours a week
Monday: 8am-2pm (30mins unpaid break)
Tuesday: 9am-2pm
Wednesday: 8am-1pm
Thursday: 8am-2pm (30mins unpaid break)
Friday: 9am-2pm
However during peak times and holiday cover these hours may vary.
