We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
Organise meetings and maintain schedules using Google Suite.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Ensure all office supplies are stocked and organised.
Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is essential.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative when necessary.
A good understanding of computerised systems and administrative processes.
