Teach South are currently working with a school in East Sussex who are seeking an experienced
Admissions Coordinator
to join their team.
Role Overview
The Admissions Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting pupil recruitment, providing a welcoming first point of contact for prospective pupils, parents, and agents. You will manage all aspects of admissions administration and ensure an excellent experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to enquiries by phone and email
Assisting in the planning of open mornings and personal taster days
Sending out prospectuses and maintaining accurate records of enquiries
Producing accurate and professional correspondence at all stages of the admissions process
Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Some flexibility is required to support occasional evening and weekend events (time off in lieu will be provided)
Candidate Requirements
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong ICT and literacy skills with attention to detail
Professional, warm, and welcoming demeanour
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with a diverse range of people
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.75-14.75 per hour
