Administrator
to join our team in a brand-new position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and grow with a young, dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage
purchase and sales invoices
Assist with
subcontractor administration
, including collecting and inputting details for new subcontractors
Update and maintain
project trackers
and internal documents
Create and manage
spreadsheets
, templates, and other documentation
Handle
emails and phone calls
in a professional manner (no cold calling or sales)
Provide
general administrative support to the director
as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) / Microsoft 365 applications
Good written and verbal communication
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in construction or a similar industry is advantageous, but not essential
A willingness to learn and grow with the role
