Job Description

We are looking to recruit an administrator to cover maternity leave at our King's Lynn office.

Stephenson Smart (East Anglia) Ltd is a well-established firm of accountants based in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire; with offices in King's Lynn, Fakenham, Gorleston, Acle, Wisbech, March and Downham Market. We have more than 150 dedicated staff spread across the organisation. Our teams include highly qualified individuals who provide a professional and supportive service to our clients, to help them understand their tax and finances.

Stephenson Smart (East Anglia) Limited [SSEA] are a leading accounting firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our team is committed to delivering innovative solutions and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

The administrators in our business support team play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation and its employees. They are responsible for a variety of financial, database and personnel tasks. They work on multiple IT systems where they are supported in developing skills and a broader understanding of the organisation.

The business support administrator will work alongside and support a small team of finance and administrative professionals at the Kings Lynn office.

Key Responsibilities



Supporting all aspects of the business support department Maintain accurate information on critical databases. This will include: Updating mailing lists Updating HRM database Extracting relevant data and compiling management reports General administration duties to support the running of the office Provide cover for key tasks during periods of annual leave or other absence Assisting with new projects and practices
