We're looking for an
Administrator
to join our team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the management team with scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Handling internal communications and coordinating team updates
Managing supplier orders, deliveries, and stock records
Assisting with HR admin including onboarding and training records
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing documentation
Keeping digital and physical records organised and up to date
Providing general office support and being a go-to for team queries
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office and digital systems
A calm, positive communicator who enjoys supporting others
