Part Time

Administrator

, supporting one of our dynamic operational site at Bardon Hill on a 13 month FTC (Fixed term contract).


As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs efficiently, from coordinating people and paperwork to supporting the management team and keeping operations on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your day, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge and reward.

What You'll Be Doing



Preparing and processing weekly timesheets for Supervisors, including wage calculations and bonuses. Submitting payroll information accurately and on time. Coordinating training sessions and keeping employee records up to date. Providing essential administrative support to the Management Team. Managing supplies, stationery, and welfare items to support daily operations. Assisting in planning meetings, visits, and site events -- including arranging catering when needed.

What You'll Bring



Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communication and collaboration across all levels of the team. Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and digital record keeping. A proactive attitude -- someone who can take initiative and keep things moving.
