We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Drumpellier Golf Club. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you! We need someone who's great with people, has strong admin skills, and knows their way around office software.
The Details:
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Pay:
12.44 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Keeping employee records up to date.
Taking care of admin tasks like onboarding new members and managing records.
Updating and help managing our social media pages.
Helping to keep the office organised and running smoothly.
Scheduling meetings and appointments and preparing any materials needed.
Assisting the General Manager with various tasks.
Supporting cash handling and payroll processes.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills to work well with staff and members.
Good typing skills and experience with Canva.
A positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Experience with Xero software.
