We have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to join our team!


The

Legal

PA

will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive PA and administrative support service, showing initiative and working unprompted, enabling fee earners to maximise their fee earning potential and develop their practice.

What you'll be doing





Acting as a point of contact for clients (new and existing) and internal and external contacts Matter management, to include file opening/client inception Manage accurate monthly delivery of volume bills Diary management, including making appointments and bookings, diarising hearings and deadlines Audio typing/transcription of dictation and documents where required by the fee earners Organising and booking travel arrangements Submitting expense claims Providing prompts and reminders for fee earners' important tasks and deadlines Assisting with the preparation of standard form correspondence Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures
