Brief
Data entry / updating our Sales Software Package.
Answering calls/ responding to emails.
Booking of Valuations/Take Ons/ Viewings and other diary management
Preparing sales brochures
Following checklists/procedures in all daily administration tasks
We are looking for a candidate that can meet the following criteria:
Ability to work well under pressure & to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Customer Care with strong communication skills
Strong IT skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
A strong work ethic, team mentality and a positive attitude
