We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.
You'll play an important role in supporting our quality and operational processes, ensuring all documentation, reports, and communications are accurate and professionally presented.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general office administration support.
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
Manage and maintain onsite documentation and filing systems.
Carry out data input and maintain spreadsheets.
Issue quotations, reports, and other key documentation (full training provided).
Proofread, issue, and quality-check reports and documents.
Transcribe and compile evidence for reports and quality documentation.
Assist with document control and report writing.
Support colleagues as part of a small, hands-on team.
About You
Excellent computer skills and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous office experience is essential.
Experience in the Construction or Quality Assurance industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication.
A proactive, flexible team player who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
