The role:
We are now looking for an experienced
Administrator
to join the Delivery team at our Dartford Depot where the team cover the construction, posting, cleaning, and maintenance of advertising units across London, Essex and Kent.
As the depot administrator you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery and construction functions to ensure that all branch administrative activities are conducted in the most efficient manner, within the timescales set and to the quality standards required.
Your day-to-day role will involve lots of liaising with customers, co-ordinating and reporting on maintenance activity, data entry and raising invoices. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be dealing with any enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
Daily updating of databases
Booking travel arrangements and overnight stays for staff members within Branch.
Raising Purchase Orders and Sundry Requests, liaising with customers, councils and contractors regarding their accounts and follow up enquiries and discrepancies.
Liaising with Delivery Team Leaders for ordering of stock and maintaining spreadsheet to identify costs and discrepancies.
Preparation of monthly branch reports, spreadsheets and contract performance as required
Maintaining H&S records to ensure staff are up to date with all training required to carry out their roles.
Ensuring office/branch is supplied with all stationery, PPE clothing, beverages.
Ordering of Maintenance Stock on behalf of Maintenance Team Leader
PPE Inspections - update of Eco-online
Supporting with the administration for our construction hub, including applying for permits, preparing and uploading build packs, liaising with external organisation and internal departments.
Skills and experience we require:
Demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills.
Customer service skills and a good telephone manner
A proactive and hands on approach to the role
IT literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
A confident and flexible work ethic

A salary of 29,000 per annum
A 37.5 hour working week, Monday-Friday.
