Here at Electricity Asset Services (EAS), we are currently looking for an experienced

- Administrator (Data)

to join our family run business. This role will be based at our head office in Lochgelly working 35 hours per week.

Who we are



EAS specialise in procurement, design, management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage underground electricity networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators (DNO's).

We have over 40 years combined experience specific to our services offered such as HV/LV cable jointing and terminating, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, 24 hours emergency call out, project management and more. Our purpose is to positively contribute to the electrical industry- providing value to our clients, customer and our people.

Purpose



As an Administrator (Data), you will be responsible for managing and organising the company's data in a way that ensures accuracy and accessibility for all staff. In this role, you will be working closely with Project Managers and General Administrators to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team.

Overview of main duties and responsibilities



Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all Information is up-to-date and correctly filed Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity Create and manage daily work packs Maintain digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents Checking through returned documents to ensure these are completed correctly Keeping all spreadsheets and reports up to date Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations Cross reference work packs and completion photos against specifications / site drawings to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed Any other duties as reasonably required
