Administrative & Data Entry Agent to join our team. This role requires someone who works with care, precision, and consistency -- and who enjoys keeping things organised, spotting potential issues before they arise, and ensuring nothing is missed.
You'll be supporting a range of admin and operational tasks, so being detail-oriented, methodical, and confident juggling priorities is essential. The right person will think ahead, follow through thoroughly, and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain clean, accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and CRMs
Manage post-order activities: track deliveries, handle returns/refunds, book collections, and follow up on invoices
Maintain well-organised digital and physical records to support smooth daily operations and audits
Apply customer-specific pricing and VAT correctly; raise invoices, manage credits, and track payments
Communicate with customers and suppliers by phone and email in a confident, professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) to support accurate and timely workflows
Keep pricing structures and customer details up to date, and assist with reporting and account admin
Handle multiple tasks without compromising quality -- working steadily and carefully even under pressure
Show initiative: stay engaged, think ahead, and contribute ideas to help improve processes and efficiency
