We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation by managing incoming communications, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory. This position requires IT proficiency, and strong organisational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule and manage appointments, collections, and deliveries.
Provide accurate information about laboratory services, turnaround times, and pricing.
Handle client queries and escalate complex issues to the manager or technicians.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing cases.
Log, track, and organize dental impressions, prescriptions, and completed work.
Process invoices, payments, and maintain billing records.
Manage office supplies and place orders when required.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with dentists, technicians, and delivery staff to ensure cases are processed on time.
Coordinate with couriers for timely pick-up and delivery of dental work.
Update clients on case status, delays, or additional requirements.
Other Duties
Keep office areas tidy and professional.
Assist the laboratory manager with administrative support as required.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient working environment.

Competence in Microsoft Office and practice management software (or willingness to learn).

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (essential).
Experience in a dental, medical, or laboratory setting (desirable).
Knowledge of dental terminology and laboratory processes (advantageous but not required - training can be provided).

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
