We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Administrator to join the Healthcare team at HMP Lindholme, a Category C male adult prison based in Doncaster, with operational capacity of around 900.



This is a fantastic opportunity to join our close knit team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the team are fully supported. Reporting into our supportive Practice Manager, you will be a key part of the healthcare journey - our healthcare wouldn't run smoothly without a great team behind them!
This role allows you to work across the healthcare pathways, gaining valuable experience in all areas!

Hours:



This is a part time role, working 18.75 hours per week. Shifts are:
Monday - 8am - 4pm
Tuesday - 8am - 4pm

Wednesday - 8.15am - 12pm

Salary:



This position is part time, and you will receive a salary of up to 28,574 FTE depending on experience.

What you'll be doing




As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Provide excellent admin support to the wider healthcare team Work across the healthcare pathways - primary care, mental heath and substance misuse Work alongside our dedicated team, including nurses, recovery workers, pharmacy etc Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times Work on the healthcare system (SystmOne) - inputting referrals and ensuring records are accurate, as well as running reports Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary

Our new Administrator will ideally have:




Experience within an administrative role - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage Any experience using a healthcare system such as SystmOne would be a bonus Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues, both internal and external Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc) Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
