What We're Looking For:

We seek someone who has experience assisting with events and demonstrates strong organisational skills. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and adaptable, with a warm personality and excellent communication skills. You should be someone who can think on their feet, handle multiple priorities, and contribute to a supportive environment for children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:



Work closely with the founding director to support the growth and development of the school Respond promptly to all messages via email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls Maintain and update student records, teachers' registers, and bookings using the ThinkSmart CRM system Manage invoicing and processing of new bookings efficiently Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives Assist with planning and coordinating school events, ensuring smooth execution Support general administrative tasks to ensure an excellent customer experience Support the team with projects from start to finish as required

Ideal Candidate:



Proven experience assisting with events and demonstrating excellent organisational skills Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new software Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines Eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress within the organisation as we grow Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel locally to Lanarkshire and Glasgow when required

in the afternoon.
