Administrator - Education and Exams Officer



Salary - 28,494 per annum (inclusive of Responsibility Allowance)



40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

This role is to work as part of the administration team fulfilling administrative related duties to assist with the efficient running of the administration functions at the School, specifically related to Education (including EHC Plan reviews) alongside responsibility as Exam Officer for the School.

The key duties in this role will include:

To be responsible for the scheduling of student meetings, including EHCP reviews Collating and distributing Annual Review documents within statutory frameworks Maintain the sharing and receiving of documents via online platforms such as Local Authority Hub systems To attend meeting as note taker and type up notes as required To be responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations in accordance with awarding body rules for exams administration in a consistent and secure fashion. To support the head of centre in ensuring that the centre is compliant with the regulatory and awarding body requirements in order to ensure the security and integrity of the examinations/assessments at all times To closely liaise with key stakeholders (external and internal) to ensure exams administration processes are strictly followed and key deadlines met
To undertake this position successfully you will have:

Experience providing administration support in a busy environment with a diverse workload Excellent communication and organisational skills, including meeting strict deadlines Experience of arranging and minuting meetings, compiling written reports with exceptional accuracy Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft office. Knowledge of regulatory and awarding bodies and or experience of working with accreditation and awarding organisations would be advantageous Knowledge and understanding of the Annual Review process and statutory frameworks would be advantageous but is not essential as training can be provided
