You will be a part of a dedicated Professional Services team who are committed to ensuring the most positive experience for all our students, by fully supporting their learning journeys.
Duties of the Role
Providing high quality administrative support to the students and academics of the Essex Law School. You would also be a first point of contact for students, advising and signposting as necessary. Duties are varied throughout the academic year - from assisting with enrolment enquiries, to updating module information, to inputting student marks onto the student database and preparing data for exam boards, whilst being fully supported by, and working with, other members of the Professional services team and academics.

There are two permanent, full-time positions available. A job share arrangement can be considered.
Skills and qualifications required
The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise their own workload to ensure deadlines are met. They will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment where a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in recording and inputting data were essential.
