Fermanagh Early Years Children and Family Centre

Hours:

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm

Salary:

NJC Scale 4, Point 7-11 (25,584-27,269) per annum pro rata

The role



As Administrator you will provide efficient administrative support within the daycare, with a particular focus on finance, invoicing, and general office duties. The role ensures smooth financial operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent communication with parents and staff.

Essential criteria



5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent. At least 12 months experience in an administrative or finance-related role. Strong numeracy and IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel). Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable criteria



Experience in a childcare or education setting. Knowledge of childcare management software or accounting packages. Previous use of computerised accounting systems.
