We are expanding and moving into a larger office. We are looking for an administrator to support daily operations and help our team grow.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
Answer and direct phone calls with strong communication skills
Book and manage appointments for clients and staff
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist with financial record-keeping using QuickBooks (invoicing and expenses)
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Utilise Google Workspace for document creation, sharing, and collaboration
Manage and grow social media accounts (preferred)
Provide clerical support including correspondence, scheduling, and team assistance
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications
Proven office administration experience
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong typing and written communication skills with attention to detail
Previous clerical experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 19,420.00-40,740.02 per year
