The post is part time 15-20 hours per week (flexible on days)
We are looking for a confident, proactive person, to join our flexible, friendly and busy team based at our Petersfield office, to support the financial operations of our growing business.
This role is ideal for someone who has a "can do" attitude. We are a small diverse team, that support a healthy work life balance. We offer free parking, and a tidy modern working environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial processes.
We understand you may not have experience in every area listed, we are happy to provide training to the right candidate
Responsibilities include
Process Purchase Ledger
Data entry
Credit Control, sending out customer statements
PO Reconciliation
Processing employee expenses
Maintain and update company databases
Support with HR administration tasks
Supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc tasks
The ideal candidate you will have
Experience with outlook
Experience with Teams & SharePoint
Processing employee expenses
Data entry skills
Finance administration skills
Excel skills and general IT proficiency
Confident communicator who can work independently and within a team
Knowledge of VAT desirable
Experience using Xero desirable
