HEAT Services Administrator

Location

Flexible working - principally home based with some travel to Glasgow hub on rotation

Salary

22,932 + excellent benefits

Hours

35 hours per week (flexible working)

We are looking for an outstanding individual to fill this vital role in our organisation, someone who can organise, adapt and problem-solve in a busy environment. This position combines the roles of managing administrative duties and running a busy and productive reception. You will be working with colleagues across the enterprise, visitors to our Glasgow Hub and our HEAT Administration Team.


You will operate the telephone system with a confident, professional manner.


Administrator Duties:

Answering and transferring phone calls Attending and organising meetings and events Processing and transferring information Checking and actioning email enquiries Reviewing and updating data and records Managing ad-hoc administrative duties

Receptionist Duties:

Dealing with enquiries in person and by phone Maintaining the reception area and Hub Greeting visitors Handling Mail Checking Emails Ordering office and stationery supplies Managing ad-hoc administrative duties
