We are looking for an outstanding individual to fill this vital role in our organisation, someone who can organise, adapt and problem-solve in a busy environment. This position combines the roles of managing administrative duties and running a busy and productive reception. You will be working with colleagues across the enterprise, visitors to our Glasgow Hub and our HEAT Administration Team.
You will operate the telephone system with a confident, professional manner.
Administrator Duties:
Answering and transferring phone calls
Attending and organising meetings and events
Processing and transferring information
Checking and actioning email enquiries
Reviewing and updating data and records
Managing ad-hoc administrative duties
Receptionist Duties:
Dealing with enquiries in person and by phone
Maintaining the reception area and Hub
Greeting visitors
Handling Mail
Checking Emails
Ordering office and stationery supplies
