Your role will involve meeting and greeting visitors on reception as well as supporting the team with Administrative tasks
As an Administrator your duties will include:
Assisting with the preparation and submission of documents to Companies House
Meeting & greeting visitors on reception
Liaising with clients over the phone, via email and in writing
Assist with client onboarding, ID checks, and Letters of Engagement
Assist with data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Maintain calendars, meeting schedules & coordinate meeting facilities
The ideal Administrator will:
Have experience in a similar role, liaising with clients.
