The role





We are currently seeking an

Administrator

to support our teams. The role will be based at our KPSS office in North Lanarkshire, with a requirement to also provide cover at our Head Office in Cambuslang when needed. This is a key position, ensuring smooth communication with service users, staff, and external partners.


Main Responsibilities:




Acting as the first point of contact for all telephone calls, emails, and reception queries, ensuring a professional and welcoming approach. Supporting service users, families, and staff with enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases in line with confidentiality and GDPR requirements. Providing general administrative support, including typing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry. Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and preparing documents when required. Supporting KPSS and other areas of the business with routine admin tasks, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. Assisting with elements of recruitment, including screening calls, arranging interviews, and providing additional support when required. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is distributed or processed promptly. Liaising with external stakeholders and partners in a professional manner, promoting a positive image of Keane Premier Support Services. Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area. Undertaking any other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office and care services.

Skills and Qualities:





We're looking for someone who can bring:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. A professional, friendly, and approachable manner. Confidence in handling phone calls and face-to-face queries. Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. Flexibility to provide cover at more than one office when required.
