Your new opportunity
This position ensures that administrative systems run smoothly, enabling frontline staff and volunteers to focus on delivering high-quality support to individuals, families, and communities. The role requires a high level of organisation, discretion, and a commitment to Quarriers values.
This is a full time permanent

working role at 35 hours per week.
Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm

What you will need to bring to the role
Experience of using performance/reporting systems and case management software.
Experience working with vulnerable individuals or community groups.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills, interacting with people from all walks of life.
Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
