Flexmort is a trading name of Roftek Ltd. Roftek's mortuary division, Flexmort, designs and manufactures flexible mortuary solutions.

We support professionals across the World when planning for or reacting to an emergency.

Flexmort also manufacture and supply a product called the CuddleCot (www.cuddlecot.com) to hospitals, hospices, funeral directors and charities. The CuddleCot supports families when experiencing baby loss and gives families the gift of time to spend with their baby.

We have an opportunity for a new team member to assist in our growth. The position is 100% office based with working hours 8am to 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am to 2pm Friday. Some flexibility in working hours could be possible for the right candidate with salary pro-rata as necessary.

What you'll be doing:



- Handling sales admin (order processing, taking payments, dispatches)

- Invoicing, billing and dispatching

- Handle day-to-day customer communications, answering calls promptly and providing a first-class service at all times

- Support other departments with admin

- Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently

- Assisting in the development and enforcement of office policies and procedures

- Assisting with HR tasks, such as Onboarding, Offboarding and Annual Leave

- Maintaining internal spreadsheets

- Continuously improve and refine administrative processes to support business growth and client satisfaction

What you'll bring:



- Previous experience in office administration or a related role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive office culture

- Confident and proactive with the ability to work independently

- A positive 'can do' mentality

Desirable:



- Familiarity with some of the following software: Xero, Pipedrive, ServiceM8 & Stripe

- Speaking multiple languages

Helpful information for you:



- Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8am - 5pm, Fri: 8am - 2pm

- 40 working hours per week

Due to the size and entrepreneurial aspects of the company, the post holder will be required to be motivated, flexible, with a willingness to become involved within different aspects of the business.
