Job Description

As an Administrator, you will help keep day to day operations running smoothly, ensuring colleagues and service users receive the high quality support they need.

What you'll do

Process invoices, expenses and donations in line with financial procedures Manage petty cash, banking tasks and monthly reconciliations Maintain accurate staff and service user records, including rotas Provide reception cover and respond to enquiries with professionalism Organise meetings, manage diaries and book venues Prepare reports, letters, minutes and other written materials Support recruitment by issuing application packs and arranging interviews Maintain filing systems and ensure all information materials are current and accurate

What you'll bring

You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to manage a varied workload independently. Experience working with financial information is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will communicate clearly, present a warm and professional manner and meet PVG requirements. Your reliability, accuracy and ability to prioritise will help ensure the smooth running of the service and support others to carry out their roles effectively.

You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
