Duties
Manage and update customer databases with accurate information
Process Hire & sales orders and prepare relevant documentation
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, or in person
Maintain organised filing systems for contracts, invoices, and correspondence
Liaise with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure seamless operations
Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships
Skills
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Previous experience in a sales administrative role is essential
