We are seeking an Administrator for a varied role and you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day. Your responsibilities will span across Health & Safety compliance, basic IT administration, accounts assistance, and business management support. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as occasional travel between sites or to external meetings may be required.
Duties:
Health & Safety
Maintain health & safety records and documentation.
Assist with risk assessments and compliance audits.
Schedule training and ensure H&S certifications are up to date.
Information Technology
Provide first-line IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting).
Liaise with external IT providers when needed.
Help manage internal systems and user access.
Accounts & Finance
End of Month, mid-month accounts process
Assist with producing debtors' reports
Support credit control
Provide help with procedure and system changes
Business Manager Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the Business Manager.
Assist in internal communications across the organisation.
Help coordinate projects and project tracking.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar multi-disciplinary administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with H&S procedures and IT support is advantageous.
A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.

Pay: 15,860.00-20,280.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
