to join our team and help keep projects running smoothly.
The Role
As an
Administrator
, you'll play a key role in supporting the full project lifecycle -- from planning and scheduling through to invoicing, logistics, and customer care. Working closely with engineers, our office team, and customers, you'll ensure that jobs are well-coordinated, documents are accurate, and queries are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
- Book surveys, installations, and follow-up works in line with engineer availability and SLA timeframes.
Logistics Support
- Coordinate deliveries, van stock, and material orders.
Admin & Finance
- Prepare job documents, process invoices, reconcile purchase orders, and manage supplier paperwork.
Customer Care
- Handle calls and emails, provide regular updates, and resolve queries with professionalism.
Compliance & Submissions
- Support funding applications (BUS, ECO, WHLG) where required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administration (construction, engineering, or utilities background desirable).
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using digital tools, including Excel and job management software (e.g. Commusoft).
Calm, professional, and reliable when managing competing priorities.
