We have a new opportunity for you to join us as an Administrator at our one of our clients based at Heathrow Airport.


About the Role:




As an administrator, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, workforce scheduling, procurement support, and logistical planning. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using systems such as Microsoft, Timegate, Salesforce and SAP Timegate Management: Accurately input and maintain site employee working hours and attendance records on Timegate. Procurement Support: Raise and manage site-related purchase orders using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Data Entry & Administration: Perform general administrative tasks including data input, document management, and reporting as required. Rostering: Create, update, and amend staff rosters in line with operational requirements, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with working time regulations. Chauffeur Journey Planning: Coordinate and plan landside chauffeur journeys, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication with relevant stakeholders. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any administrative issues promptly

What we are looking for:




Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role. + Experience in using Salesforce, Timegate and SAP (or similar systems). + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Excellent organisational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). + An interest in and commitment to the work of Wilson James for its clients
