We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to be responsible for the effective delivery of a variety of resident, colleague, and administration to support the Care Home in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is based in the care home and you will be expected to travel to Hatfield heath, Bishops Stortford (CM22 7DL) on a daily basis.
BASIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Ms word and excel.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
General responsibilities of the position include:
1. Administration of accounts
2. Reception and telephone answering
3. Ad hoc duties for Home Manager
DAY TO DAY DUTIES
a) Obtain information on any resident admissions/discharges from care staff
b) Financial assessment for Private Residents
c) Handling Petty Cash & Credit Card expenses at the Care Home and maintain records.
d) Update the resident's database
e) Maintain good filing systems
f) Prepare weekly Reports of the care Home
g) Send the utility meter Readings to Head office and correspondence with Head office
h) Manage and monitor Daily Staff Clock in & Clock out
i) perform online Food and Janitorial item purchases through authorised suppliers.
Monthly deadlines:
a) Approve Staff Rota every day on the Payroll Platform and Prepare monthly payroll details
