What will your day-to-day look like?
Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
Providing a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service
Accurately updating and maintaining an in - house system, processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
Collecting payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration
Document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits
Desired skills and experience:
Good customer service and communication skills
Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with good attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
Used the CRM Acturis before (not essential but preferred)
