Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
to join our team.
What you'll be doing (in a nutshell)
Handling day-to-day office administration, calls, and enquiries
Preparing property details, brochures, and online listings
Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging posts, reels, and campaigns
Assisting with marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and attract new clients
Supporting the sales team with diary management, viewings, and client communication
Ensuring all compliance, paperwork, and databases are kept up to date
What we're looking for
? Strong administration and organisational skills
? Confident using social media and creative with content ideas
? Excellent written & verbal communication
? A proactive, team-focused attitude
? Previous estate agency or property experience (preferred but not essential)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary:
26,000 (depending on experience)
