A vacancy has arisen fora methodical and process driven Administrator at PD Ports within the Talent & Capability team for a fixed term period of 6 months.

Location:

Teesport, Middlesbrough.

Working Arrangements:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This role will work closely with our existing Talent & Capability Coordinator as we carry out a skills audit and prepare to move to our new Learning Management System.

The main things our Administrator will be working on are:



Reviewing our electronic and paper-based records.

Systematically creating a log of these records.

Preparing training records ready for archive.

Providing general administrative support such as raising purchase orders, making room bookings and other admin tasks.

Monitoring and distributing emails from our shared inbox.

We are seeking someone who:



Is not put off by repetition.

Is methodical, has good attention to detail and can follow a process.

Is not afraid to ask questions.

Is able to use Outlook and MS Excel.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
