We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator / Order Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the sales team by processing orders efficiently and delivering excellent customer service, all while adhering to structured operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
Process customer and supplier orders accurately and promptly
Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and suppliers
Follow company procedures and documentation standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in order processing
Proven IT proficiency, including familiarity with order management and CRM systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 24,420.00-26,500.00 per year
