Administrator
to join our team supporting the
BT
contract at our
Lutterworth
site.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Stock & Systems Manager, providing essential administrative support, preparing reports and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with operational teams and clients, helping maintain accurate records and resolve stock-related queries.
This is a permanent, full-time position
Monday to Friday
, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Operate
the DLX Warehouse Management System to support stock administration
Compile and distribute
operational reports for Team Leaders and Managers
Investigate and resolve
stock discrepancies and reconciliation errors
Prepare
monthly KPI packs and customer review documentation
Communicate
effectively with warehouse teams, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong attention to detail
with a methodical approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(intermediate to advanced), along with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
both written and verbal
Experience using WMS systems
, ideally DLX in a warehouse or office environment
Ability to work independently
, manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
