We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Key Account Administrator to support our hazardous waste management services for Hinkley Point C. Working closely with our Cardiff team, HPC Operations, and client stakeholders, you'll ensure all hazardous waste service requests are managed efficiently and compliantly.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week. You can spread your hours flexibly across the week, but we require site presence each weekday.
Your core responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
Accurately process hazardous waste service requests and ensure data is correctly uploaded into systems.
Work with clients and colleagues to achieve first-contact resolution where possible.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Track client service activity to ensure accurate invoicing and timely reporting.
Support internalisation and improvement projects in line with both client and company goals.
Our essential requirements
Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Strong computer literacy, with solid experience in Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
