Administrator (part time)
We are working with a leading employer based in Lisburn to recruit for an Administrator to join their team on a part time permanent basis. The hours of work are Thursday - Saturday 8am - 5pm.

The Administrator will be responsible for:
Providing day-to-day administrative support
Logging information onto the In House System
Updating customer records
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Working with customers and dealing with any problems that may arise
Providing strong customer service
What you will need to have for the Administrator role:
Previous experience working in an administration role
Customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
Able to work independently and show initiative
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Clear, confident verbal communicator Client-focused with strong rapport-building skills
