The Green Waste Company is a local, family run business with proven expertise in waste management. The company's aim is to become a leading player in delivering continually improved recycling facilities. It currently serves, multinational, SME and sole trader businesses.
The Office Administrator will help us deliver an efficient business providing excellent customer service in the process. The role primarily includes customer invoicing, delivery order administration and weighbridge controls. Attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and numerical skills are imperative to the position. This role is a great introduction to a great company.
The position is based at our Roche, Higher Brynn site. PL26 8LH
Monday and Tuesday 8:30 - 5:00 plus one other half day (Wednesday preferable but can be flexible), and occasional holiday cover.
Essential Functions include:
- Customer Invoicing
- Sales order processing
- Customer service calls and email.
- Paper and electronic record keeping
- Customer payments systems
- Weighbridge administration
- Petty cash controls
- Day to day office essentials
- Telephony
