About the role..



We're on the lookout for a

part-time Administrator

to join the team on a

four-day-per-week basis.

Based in our Soho, London office, you'll have the opportunity to work two days in the office and two days from home.


As part of our Portfolio Strategy team, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and effective administrative support, helping the team deliver against departmental goals. You'll also play a key role in supporting tender activity and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing...



Providing support on tenders as needed, including project management, collating and inputting responses, proofreading, and uploading all documentation to the relevant portals Liaising with the accounts team, processing invoices, and raising POs using Bauer Media's internal systems Offering full administrative support to the Portfolio Strategy team, including meeting organisation, and booking travel and accommodation Managing general correspondence and handling incoming queries Ensuring a high standard of data accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Managing workload effectively and prioritising competing tasks

Who are you?



Previous experience supporting tenders is preferred, but not essential - training will be provided A highly organised administrator with strong multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable working with numbers and data A proactive team player with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
