We're currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you'll provide vital support across our Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Service departments--enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and helping ensure everything runs like clockwork.
What You'll Do
Enter and manage orders, databases, delivery notes, and invoices
Build KPI reports in Excel & Word
Handle customer emails and calls with professionalism
Update marketing materials and coordinate requests
Juggle multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines
What You Bring
Intermediate+ Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical sense
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and process discipline
Clear, confident communication over phone and email
A proactive, flexible approach to support the team
