We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our friendly and supportive team based at our Chichester campus. The key focus of this role is to provide efficient, effective and professional placement learning support for staff, students and other stakeholders within the School of Nursing and Allied Health. Acting as the first point of contact for queries, you will assist with all aspects of the placement provision and processes within the school whilst working collaboratively to enhance administrative processes and the student experience, ensuring practice based learning compliance is maintained at all times.
About you
You will have a good general education to A level or equivalent, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail. You will need good interpersonal and communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to build relationships and respect confidentiality. You will need to be approachable, adaptable and conscientious with a strong student focus. Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a similar environment, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage and prioritise workload.
