Job Title: Adminstrator - Planned Investment Delivery




Job Location - Brindley Place




Salary: 25,500pa




Contract type: Permanent




Working hours: 35 hours per week

About the role



You will play a vital supporting role in the successful coordination and execution of planned maintenance and investment programmes across our housing stock. Working closely with the Planned Delivery Manager, contractors, and wider property services team, you will ensure that administrative processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently from start to finish.


This role involves managing key documentation, updating systems with project milestones and contractor information, coordinating communications with customers, and tracking performance data to support timely and compliant service delivery. You`ll be responsible for raising orders, managing team inboxes, handling customer queries, and ensuring that records are well-maintained.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.



About you



You are an organised, proactive, and detail-focused individual with strong administrative skills and a commitment to excellent service. Confident managing data, coordinating tasks, and supporting planned works, you communicate clearly with colleagues, contractors, and customers. You`re comfortable using IT systems, prioritising workloads, and maintaining accurate records, all while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced housing environment.
