Due to company growth, Westcountry Estate Planning are now seeking an experienced and motivated
Administrator to work out of our Plympton office.
The role is full time, office based | 40 hours per week
Skills & Experience Required:
> Excellent typing skills and accuracy
> Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel, email and internet, and general IT skills such as the ability to use and update online systems
> Excellent Customer Service skills
> Excellent communication skills, and confidence when speaking with new & existing clients over the telephone including a professional phone manner
>The ability to use initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure
> A good knowledge and understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the ability to adhere to these regulations as well as following/abiding by company policies and procedures
> The ability to work well on your own and meet all deadlines
The role includes:
> Sending Legal documents to clients
> Printing/sending client documents received at our office
> Updating client files including CRM & spreadsheets
> Taking & receiving telephone calls
> Sending emails/replying to emails
> Handling enquiries from prospective clients
> Representing the company at events & stores
> ad-hoc duties
Although we are advertising for an employed role, the successful candidate seeking a self-employed will be considered.
The successful candidate will work out of our Plympton office.
Job Type: Full time, Permanent.
Salary: 27,000 per year
Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Benefits: Flexible working, no weekend work
