Job Title: Administrator
Job Overview:
Part-time Administrator required for a local Lettings Agency. You will be responsible for various administrative and reception tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will need excellent organizational and time management skills, be proficient in using computers, office software and social media.
Duties will include:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Deal with phone calls and e mails
- Process invoices and payments
- Manage the social media pages of the company
- Assist other team members in carrying out their duties
- Maintain an organized electronic and paper filing system
- Maintain financial spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use social media such as facebook and instagram
- Ability to work unsupervised
