We are a busy logistics and distribution company specialising in shipping goods to the Channel Islands. Our focus is on providing efficient, accurate, and reliable service to our customers. We are now looking for an organised and proactive
Administrator
to join our team and support our warehouse and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and process customer orders accurately using the internal database and logistics systems
Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation for outgoing goods
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all consignments are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch
Communicate with customers and carriers regarding order status and delivery information
Maintain accurate records of shipments
Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, and data entry as required
Support the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using computers and data entry systems
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse administration is an advantage but not required -- training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 25,400.00 per year
