About the Role: Head Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Office Administrator to support our growing central services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to central services teams including HR and payroll
Book training for colleagues and update the training matrix
Draft colleague communications, including letters and memos
Maintain and update spreadsheets, including key performance indicators
Update employee records, People system, and SharePoint
Answer calls and manage meeting arrangements, and events.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to HR and payroll
A good understanding of HR, training, and administrative systems (experience with BrightHR is advantageous)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Confident multitasker with exceptional attention to detail
