We are looking to appoint an Administrator (Programmes) to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Directorate of School Professional Services, with tasks generally associated with programme-related activity. Within the Directorate we pride ourselves in providing a flexible and responsive professional support service in order to enhance the student journey, whilst meeting the changing needs of School Professional Services and the wider University.


You will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, have the ability to manage conflicting priorities, work collaboratively and be committed to providing high quality customer service. Candidates must be educated to HNC level or have or equivalent relevant experience, have well developed IT skills and ideally possess a good working knowledge of University administration.
